📋 Description

• Assist in resolving customer tech inquiries using Glia's Digital Customer Service.
• Shadow engineers in setting up integrations with customers and partners.
• Document issues in JIRA and communicate via Slack with Product/Engineering.
• Troubleshoot bugs from the Service Desk.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success on solutions.
• Learn about Glia's infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Software Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and APIs.
• Interest in customer support, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
• English B2+ communication (reading, writing, listening).
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
