Client Engineer (Mexico City)

📋 Description

• Works with customers' and partners' developers to set up complex integrations.
• Collaborates with Product and Engineering using JIRA to report bugs and Slack.
• Provides support by troubleshooting bugs raised via Service Desk or channels.
• Helps customers understand Glia's capabilities and adopt best practices.
• Interacts with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success to find solutions.
• Be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software development or related roles.
• Strong customer empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent English reading, listening, and writing.
• RESTful APIs knowledge and cloud solution troubleshooting.
• Web tech stacks and modern JavaScript background.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, CS or equivalent.
