📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business.
• Prospect for opportunities via outreach, networking, and events.
• Build relationships with pharma, biotech, medical device, and healthcare orgs.
• Identify customer needs and position services/solutions to address challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding adoption and penetrating new accounts.
• Develop territory and key account plans aligned with growth targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in sales or account management in eClinical or healthcare tech.
• Proven success developing and executing territory strategies and key account plans.
• Strong consultative selling skills to identify customer challenges and tailor solutions.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and driving growth.
• Solid understanding of the clinical research industry, including study operations or human research.
