Be the welcoming face of Sotheby’s, delivering first-class client service.
Provide transactional support: process payments accurately and compliantly.
Assist with enquiries, bids, paddle registration, and account setup.
Facilitate the fulfillment process for auction and retail property.
Collaborate with Registrars, Facilities Management, Postsale Services and other teams.
Perform ad hoc duties and projects while upholding security and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

University degree; 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
Art or luxury retail experience and/or client servicing desirable.
Understanding of auction or luxury retail business preferred.
Excellent client service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience advantageous.
