Client Experience Specialist

📋 Description

• Support the renewal lifecycle by monitoring contract expiration dates, preparing renewal
• Assist with CRM migration activities, including data cleanup, record migration, quality assurance
• Use AI and productivity tools to prepare renewal summaries, contract recaps, follow-up
• Provide day-to-day client support by responding to routine inquiries, resolving issues when
• Prepare client-facing materials such as renewal proposals, account summaries, meeting agendas, and
• Support client retention, renewal, and satisfaction objectives through proactive communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 2-4 years of
• Experience with CRM platforms and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• SaaS or technology experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard business and productivity software.
