🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing
• Demonstrated success in driving client growth, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities, with the ability to translate performance
