Client Implementation Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide support to the client implementation and change management service within LGIMA's
• Communicate and map key implementation milestones as necessary to manage and guide expectations.
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients by coordinating the documentation and communicating
• Assist in conversion of onboarding workflow to PEGA to align with global workstreams.
• Assist in the documentation and enhancements of client order management system.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance Team to ensure in compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
• Experience in asset management client service a plus – knowledge of transition planning, custodian
• Flexibility; ability to adapt to growth and change
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and some project management software skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate effectively within tight deadlines
