📋 Description

• Support all aspects of a client implementation and transitions within LGIMA’s team.
• Manage multiple priority items in a high-pressure delivery framework.
• Communicate and map key implementation milestones to guide expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients with internal/external teams and PEGA workflows.
• Assist in documentation and enhancements of client order management systems.
• Ensure Salesforce processes/workflows comply with regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
• Experience in asset management client service a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to growth and change
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and some project management software skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
