Experience in client implementation or onboarding in BPO/outsourcing
Strong analytical skills across multiple systems
Experience building reports, trackers, documentation for client implementations
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas
Excellent written and spoken English
Prior remote work experience with tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar) and US/UK exposure
