Primary client contact; provide updates and set expectations.
Drive cross-functional execution across Eng, Product, Support, Vendor Ops, and Billing.
Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Identify risks early; troubleshoot issues; drive resolution.
Improve processes, docs, and workflows for scale.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in implementation, onboarding, PM, or ops.
Manages complex cross-functional projects with external partners.
Strong PM, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar tools.
AI fluency (e.g., ChatGPT) for comms/workflows.
Comfortable with ambiguity; creates clarity from incomplete info.
