Own end-to-end ingestion, transformation, and maintenance of file feeds
Manage inbound file operations for timely, accurate data processing
Maintain organized file systems and documentation
Collaborate with Customer Success, Growth/Operations, Revenue Ops, Data/Engineering
Help refine and automate integration workflows with AI tools

🎯 Requirements

Experience with data integrations in operational or customer-facing contexts
Tech-savvy and adaptable across software systems
Familiar with file-based workflows: data mapping, configurations, SOPs/runbooks
Experience at a high-growth technology company (preferred)
Healthcare data feeds experience (preferred)
SQL basics and BI/data visualization tools (preferred)
