Client Integration & Certification Partner

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to deliver timely, accurate technical guidance.
• Partner with Service Delivery, Account Management, and Sales to manage key client relationships.
• Coordinate with Product & Engineering to ensure seamless integrations for new key accounts.
• Lead and advise on best practices for integrating Sportradar solutions; provide hands-on support.
• Function as project manager for integration initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with tech leads and Product to improve products, processes, and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical client integration, implementation or similar roles.
• Familiarity with APIs and data formats like XML and JSON.
• Knowledge of real-time data delivery: WebSockets and event-driven.
• Exposure to Java, C#, Python, C++, PHP, or Go (not required to code).
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity or automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English; explains technical topics to non-technical audiences.
