Onboard and review clients in line with policies and service standards.
Collaborate with onboarding, corporate services and compliance teams on KYC docs.
Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media checks; escalate risks.
Maintain accurate client records in KYC systems across entities.
Provide timely KYC findings for business acceptance and due diligence.
Assist with CSSF regulatory submissions and regulatory reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Degree or professional qualification (ACCA, ICSA or equivalent).
Fluent written and spoken English.
Minimum 2 years AML/KYC experience, ideally in funds.
Experience with closed-ended private equity structures.
Strong knowledge of client onboarding, due diligence, and periodic reviews.
Understanding AML/KYC regulatory requirements; screening experience.
