📋 Description

• Manage a dedicated book of business within the 2–99 enrolled-lives segment, focusing on client
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with brokers, producers, plan holders, and other business
• Interpret and communicate renewal recommendations, alternative plan designs, pricing strategies
• Review experience and utilization reports to assess plan performance, develop retention strategies
• Proactively identify additional coverage needs, generate quotes for new lines of business, and
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to negotiate competitive renewal outcomes, explore

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing client or business-partner relationships, including providing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain renewal decisions, plan
• Excellent customer service, consultative selling, negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical capabilities, including the ability to assess insurance
• Working knowledge of group insurance products, contracts, services, financing methodologies, and
• Ability to establish productive relationships with clients, brokers, sales partners, underwriting
