Client Manager, Insights

📋 Description

• Serve as day-to-day partner to client stakeholders across insights, category mgmt, sales, and marketing.
• Build strong client relationships with a consultative approach delivering actionable recommendations.
• Translate client requests into effective analytic approaches and business insights.
• Lead client sessions and contribute to strategic reviews with cross-functional NIQ teams.
• Provide marketplace perspectives (category, consumer, retailer, competition) in discussions.
• Be onsite at the New Providence, NJ client location (minimum 2 days/week).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in CPG/consumer insights, analytics, or client leadership.
• Experience with OTC/Personal Care or Health & Wellness categories.
• Strong analytic/problem-solving skills; connect data to business recommendations.
• Experience with syndicated data: NielsenIQ, Circana, RMS/POS, Panel.
• Proven ability to present insights to client stakeholders.
• Onsite 2 days/week in New Providence, NJ; Bachelor's required; Masters preferred.
