Client Manager - Insights

📋 Description

• Leverage NIQ solutions to tell compelling client stories with actionable recommendations.
• Use NIQ tools to answer clients' business questions.
• Establish NIQ as a trusted advisor by delivering value and insights.
• Share relevant retail, category, consumer, shopper and macro insights to meet objectives.
• Drive client satisfaction through leadership in discussions and timely insights.
• Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in CPG or related retail, sales, or analytics.
• Experience with NIQ or similar analytics tools, incl. POS/Panel Data.
• Proficiency pulling and analyzing NIQ data sources for clients.
• Translate business questions into analytic approaches and recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to client stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach others and lead with NIQ tools.
