🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience in the third-party administration (TPA) or
• Strong understanding of self-funded health plans, employee benefits, and the third-party
• Knowledge of federal laws and regulations governing employee benefits, including ERISA, COBRA
• Demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships, manage complex client accounts, and deliver
• Confidence interacting with senior-level executives, brokers, and other stakeholders, with the
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities, including the capacity to communicate solutions

🎁 Benefits
