Client Onboarding Executive

📋 Description

• Managing end-to-end onboarding of new segregated client mandates and change events across
• Coordinating legal, operational and business activities to support successful implementation and
• Leading onboarding projects from initial proposal to full implementation and client readiness
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive progress and resolve
• Facilitating working group meetings and updates on onboarding milestones
• Supporting Client Onboarding Managers with day-to-day and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualified or holding an equivalent qualification
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently using your own initiative
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
• A client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
