📋 Description

  • Own client onboarding from sales handover to go-live.
  • Understand client workflows, systems, and integration needs.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Client teams for deployment.
  • Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and stakeholder comms.
  • Conduct client training and drive product adoption.
  • Track onboarding KPIs, client satisfaction, and success metrics.
  • Gather feedback for continuous product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in Client Onboarding, Implementation, CS, or Solutions Eng.
  • Experience in SaaS, Fintech, Enterprise Tech, or AI products.
  • APIs, integrations, CRM systems, and enterprise workflows.
  • Strong PM, problem solving, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
