Client Onboarding & Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and C-suite contacts
• Develop a strong understanding of healthcare programs, onboarding processes, growth marketing
• Own end-to-end onboarding and deployment across a portfolio of customers, ensuring programs are
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer culture, priorities, goals, and population needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, customer-facing operations, or a

• Experience in healthcare benefits, health and wellness, health plans, or related systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work across client organizations and engage effectively with both senior
