Client Onboarding Specialist - Africa

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Mgmt, Product, and clients on onboarding.
• Migrate data: reservations, photos, pricing, tours, and details.
• Deliver personalized trainings to ensure customers confidently use WeTravel.
• Lead onboarding projects; own deliverables across multiple clients.
• Travel to on-site client onboarding 1-2 times per quarter.
• Proactively identify pain points and address them early.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Passion for educating customers and driving success.
• Organized, proactive; able to work independently.
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles with attention to detail.
• Strong project management across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Enjoy onsite visits to clients.
