Client Onboarding Specialist - EMEA

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and customers.
• Migrate content: reservations, photos, pricing, tour details.
• Provide personalized trainings to new customers.
• Support onboarding across the entire journey.
• Travel on-site onboarding 1–2 times per quarter.
• Lead each project and own outcomes; add value.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Passion for educating customers and driving performance.
• Organized, proactive; able to work independently.
• Customer-facing role; attention to detail.
• Strong project management; juggle multiple projects/stakeholders.
• Willing to do on-site client visits.
• Bonus: travel tech or SMB SaaS experience.
• Familiar with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Loom.
• Teaching background or Onboarding/CS/AM/Implementation experience.
• Experience designing and implementing best practices.
