Client Onboarding Specialist - EMEA

📋 Description

• Help new customers get up and running with WeTravel.
• Migrate content: reservations, photos, pricing, tours.
• Provide personalized trainings to ensure confidence on the platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and customers globally.
• Travel 1-2 times per quarter for on-site onboarding.
• Support onboarding across the entire customer journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English; Spanish a bonus.
• Passion for educating customers and improving performance.
• Organized, proactive; able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer-facing; detail-oriented.
• Strong project management across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Willing to travel for on-site onboarding 1-2 times/quarter.
