Client Onboarding Specialist - LATAM

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and customers.
• Help clients migrate content (reservations, photos, pricing, tours) and train them.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects across time zones.
• Lead each project with ownership and deliver additional value.
• Travel 1-2 times per quarter for on-site onboarding.
• Build trips, migrate participants, and deliver training to ensure setup.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (bonus for additional languages)
• Passionate about educating customers and driving performance.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently remotely.
• Customer-facing with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent project management across multiple stakeholders.
• Willing to travel for onsite onboarding.
