Client Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Triage and manage incoming operational requests, issues, and support activities.
• Gather information, document findings, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc operational reports.
• Maintain client documentation, SOPs, operational records, and escalation paths.
• Support release readiness activities, known issue tracking, and post-release monitoring.
• Coordinate with Client Operations Managers, Support Engineering, Product Engineering
