• Work in-office with Bench VAs to ensure tight handoffs.
• Turn Looms and voice notes into clear, executable tasks.
• Maintain client trust around access, security, and managed-office workflows.
• Own early client outcomes, speed, and momentum end-to-end.

• Hands-on, client-facing operator who moves fast.
• Experience with live shadowing, process mapping, and SOP creation.
• Ability to audit inboxes, calendars, and tools to find quick wins.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with in-office VA teams.
• Ability to deliver the first functional SOP within 48 hours of signup.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
