Client Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Act as UK-based contact for sales coordination and customer service support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support revenue generation and customer satisfaction with Pre-Sales and Sales
• Provide operational sales support including vendor registrations and quotes
• Process product orders with manufacturers and distribution partners
• Prepare and present proposals and tender responses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Experience supporting enterprise clients with high-value transactions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
