Client Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash
• Review, manage, and maintain pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors
• Work independently with assigned customers to address questions/issues
• Assist in structuring deals with Client Directors
• Work with assigned Client Directors to develop and maintain vendor relationships
• Accept all customer orders and verify bookable documents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of Sales Support preferred, in the Technology industry preferred
• Open to various backgrounds
• Ability to understand/analyze client needs
• Independent self-starter, effective team player
• History of working in a high volume, fast-paced sales environment required
