Client Operations Specialist (Internal Account Manager)

📋 Description

• Act as UK-based sales coordination and customer service contact.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support vendor registrations, quotations, and orders; handle high-value transactions.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Sales teams to support revenue.
• Prepare proposals and tender responses (RFPs/RFIs) and share knowledge internally.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience supporting enterprise or blue-chip clients with high-value transactions (£1M+).
• Ability to work independently, including from home.
