• 7+ years in digital advertising (BD, account mgmt, or ad sales).
• Extensive Croatia agency connections with media agencies.
• Strong commercial skills and direct revenue ownership.
• Direct experience in paid search, performance advertising, and ecommerce.
• Independent worker who can set own workflows to hit targets.
• Fluent in Croatian and English.
