📋 Description

• Pitch Reddit ads to local agencies and brand clients in Singapore and the region.
• Manage and grow client relationships; maximize impact of Reddit campaigns.
• Be the Singapore market voice; relay product feedback to Reddit/Aleph.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers and cross-functional teams to drive revenue.
• Represent Reddit at events to build brand presence in Singapore.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to invoicing.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in digital media ads sales, adtech or similar.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Composure under pressure in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
• Genuine curiosity; ask great questions, learn, and bring insights.
• Patience and persistence for long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentations in English; extra languages a plus.
