📋 Description

• Prospect and collaborate with customers to deliver Reddit solutions.
• Acquire new clients (direct and agency-driven) for long-term success.
• Identify expansion opportunities and move them to close.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to build partnerships.
• Own your book of business: strategy, revenue forecasting, operational rigor.
• Give feedback on sales processes and products to improve team effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years in digital media, 1-3 years in sales.
• Familiarity with sales tools for prospecting and outreach.
• Hunger for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business.
• Ability to manage 30+ accounts.
• Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
