Client Partnership Director - Central

📋 Description

• Translate national client priorities into actionable Central region strategy and ensure
• Serve as strategic partner to client leadership; lead client business reviews, planning meetings
• Lead Central region strategy development in partnership with client, wholesaler leads, CA Fortune
• Partner with AWG and UNFI Conventional wholesaler leads to understand wholesaler performance and
• Connect wholesaler strategies to downstream retailer business leads for execution
• Lead Central region planning process; maintain holistic view of shipments, POS, distribution

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods, brokerage, client management, sales leadership, or related
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and translate client priorities into actionable business
• Strong understanding of grocery and CPG go-to-market environment
• Proven ability to lead and influence across a complex, matrixed organization
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing direct reports
• Strong analytical and business acumen with ability to connect sales, POS, distribution
