Client Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Own relationships with existing clients and develop strong, long-term partnerships based on trust
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, requests, requirements, and escalations.
• Understand client business and technical needs and ensure infrastructure services meet expectations
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional products or services.
• Manage inbound sales inquiries and new business opportunities from initial engagement through

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in client management, customer success, account management, technical account
• Professional experience within technology, infrastructure, hosting, data centers, IaaS, cloud, or
