🎯 Requirements

  • Strong Financial Services sales/relationship mgmt experience; established network.
  • FX institution or commercial bank experience; selling to SMEs.
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and strong English.
  • Exceptional communication; win commitment and buy-in.
  • Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
