Client Portfolio Manager – Medical Device Services

📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of medical device testing and consulting programs
• Serve as key link between Business Development and Operations
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned projects
• Support account growth initiatives and client relationships
• Monitor scope, schedule, risk, and quality across portfolio
• Manage project financials including purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences
• 5-8 years experience in medical device, laboratory services, or consulting
• Experience managing projects or programs across cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills
• Understanding of financial tracking, forecasting, and margin fundamentals
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 10993, 21 CFR 820
