📋 Description

• Identify and acquire new clients through outbound sales, referrals, networking, and other business
• Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed projects through responsive communication, persuasive
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their property portfolios
• Identify additional maintenance and refurbishment opportunities within existing accounts to
• Follow up on commercial opportunities, handle objections confidently, and guide prospective clients

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in property maintenance, refurbishment, construction
• Demonstrated success in winning new business, converting quotations into confirmed projects, or
• Strong sales and business development capabilities, with the confidence to approach prospective
• Excellent relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to understand
• Confident negotiation skills and a solid understanding of pricing strategies, project costs
• Practical knowledge of property maintenance and refurbishment trades, with a willingness to
