Client Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Onboard new clients and guide platform setup, dashboards, and alerting tools
• Help clients interpret narrative and social listening data for their communications strategy
• Build and deliver client-facing reports summarizing platform insights and emerging trends
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, training, and ongoing support
• Manage renewals and identify opportunities to expand client engagement
• Relay client feedback to support product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Background in public relations, communications, or media relations
• Experience producing or presenting client-facing reports or performance insights
• Strong written and verbal communication with a polished client-facing style
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
• Exposure to social listening or media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Brandwatch)
• Experience with corporate or enterprise-level clients
