📋 Description

• Contact warm leads by phone, build rapport, and help schedule interested patients for clinical
• Follow study priorities and company goals to determine which patient accounts need attention first.
• Use scripts and systems to guide conversations, document activity, follow up, and help patients
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls, working toward approximately 100 calls per day, with volume
• Learn about different studies, diseases, medicines, and patient needs so you can support informed
• Collaborate closely with teammates, site managers, and leaders to solve problems and improve

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in a goals-driven, results-based position (retail or sales, call
• A people-oriented, compassionate communication style.
• Openness to share rotating, monthly Saturday coverage.
• Coffee drinkers preferred... tea drinkers accepted :)
• Self-motivated, energetic, and positive.
• Demonstrate resilience and motivation to keep going through repetitive work and challenging calls.
