📋 Description

• Own comprehensive account strategies covering retention, renewals, growth, relationship

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years in account management, client success, sales, consulting, or a related field, including
• Experience with multi-facility health systems, revenue cycle organizations, healthcare SaaS
• Demonstrated success managing high-value strategic relationships, developing account plans, driving
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and lead strategic conversations with Director, VP
• Ability to connect customer priorities, product capabilities, measurable outcomes, and financial
