📋 Description

• Manage client communications via phone and email.
• Advise walk-in clients on service info and prep.
• Monitor projects needing login or client updates.
• Unpack shipments and document sample receipt.
• Update client and project data in LIMS/CRM.
• Collaborate with lab/ops to resolve inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Lab setting experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Office, Adobe PDF, CRM
• Strong prioritization and on-time execution
