Client Service Associate - Prime

📋 Description

• Manage daily client business for BitGo Prime: loans, settlements, payments, and reporting.
• Interact with external clients daily; liaise with Compliance, Finance, Risk, Support, Sales, and Tech.
• Onboard new clients and counterparties.
• Identify service issues from loan and trade processing.
• Manage multiple client requests while delivering excellent service.
• Communicate issues and ensure timely, accurate resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Prime Brokerage or similar financial service.
• Experience interacting with clients.
• Excel or Google Sheets experience; macro programming exposure is a plus.
• Genuine interest in financial services and cryptocurrency.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience.
