📋 Description

• Review client requests and identify relevant subject matter experts globally
• Recruit Advisors via phone and LinkedIn; explain fit for projects
• Screen experts for suitability and create client-ready profiles
• Collaborate with PMs and Research Managers across offices
• IST shift (4:30 PM–1:00 AM); may transition to Mumbai hybrid

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
• Fluency in English
• Outgoing, professional communicator
