Client Service Relationship Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for an assigned portfolio of clients across Canada
• Represent the organization at client retirement committee meetings, annual meetings, employee
• Provide comprehensive training to new and existing clients on available products, services, and
• Manage client expectations through clear, timely, and effective communication while responding
• Develop a strong understanding of client needs and identify appropriate solutions that support
• Collaborate with education and communications teams to develop engagement strategies and identify

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in financial services, financial planning, or customer service
• Detailed knowledge of pension plans and strong technical expertise in group savings and retirement
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and working with consultants, advisors
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach, able to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
