📋 Description

  • Responds promptly to communications from assigned clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • High School diploma; 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, and collaboration.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement on matters of significance.
  • Must be able to multitask and work with a variety of personalities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook 365, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and utilize company and department systems.
