📋 Description

• Be the first and last impression for clients.
• Manage phone calls and appointments with care.
• Greet clients and manage check-ins/outs with care.
• Coordinate with clinical team to support visits.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and lobby.
• Support light admin and cleaning duties as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Vet/medical front-desk experience preferred (not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Familiar with Windows-based systems and practice management software.
