Respond to customer inquiries regarding testing services, scope, pricing, and turnaround time
Provide professional consultation to help clients choose appropriate testing standards and methods
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding test progress and report status
Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and applicable testing standards
Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Process service orders in the system and ensure accurate documentation

🎯 Requirements

Diploma/degree holder in any discipline
At least 1 year of working experience in testing, inspection, certification (TIC) industry
Welcome fresh grad
Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good coordination and multitasking ability
