📋 Description

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day interactions, addressing queries

• Strong client servicing / client engagement experience, ideally within banking, financial services
• Good understanding of Payments business and products, including payment processes, client journeys
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills, with confidence in
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing client expectations.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
