Client Services Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manages workers' comp policyholders and grows new business.
• Onboards new business and services existing accounts.
• Maintains documentation of policyholder/broker activities.
• Liaises with policyholders, brokers, and company staff.
• Delivers timely, consultative account management.
• Uses monitoring tools and Salesforce to ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
• 3+ years workers’ comp claims handling and/or client services.
• 3 years claims handling; 1 year client service preferred.
• Strong workers’ comp knowledge; claims handling/adjusting.
• Proficient in Laserfiche and MS Office 365.
• Valid US driver's license; CPWC/WCCP/CWC certifications preferred.
