Client Services Administrator

📋 Description

• Review contracts and insurance agreements to identify and verify certificate of insurance
• Prepare and issue a high volume of certificates of insurance for assigned commercial client
• Process and distribute automobile identification cards and workers’ compensation posting notices in
• Use multiple database systems to access renewal information, maintain accurate records, and support
• Manage service requests efficiently while setting realistic client expectations and meeting
• Maintain the confidentiality of client information and comply with established company policies

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in commercial insurance, with a solid understanding of insurance
• Knowledge of insurance legislation, rules, laws, and regulations governing the issuance of
• Familiarity with commercial insurance contracts, policy provisions, and coverage requirements.
• Working knowledge of standard business office practices, administrative procedures, and
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes of requests accurately and
• Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
